Information
Return policy
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date it was received. Please email internationalmountainclub@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and list details of your inquiry so that we can help you. Merchandise returned must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for washed, worn, and/or abused items. We will send a label to you for a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Lost Packages / Stolen Packages
We are unable to refund or reship lost or stolen packages. Please report any lost or stolen packages to the delivery service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) or contact your local authorities. Orders addressed to a freight forwarder that are marked as delivered but not received are ineligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. If you prefer another item, return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
